eCounterfeit Alliance Inc. (eCA) is a collaborative anti-counterfeiting technology company that will efficiently and effectively reduce the online retail sales of counterfeit products worldwide. eCA will become the clearinghouse for current information on online counterfeit product sales, and effective means for collective response.

Our Executive Team

David Razavi

CEO and Founder

David Razavi has over 20 years of successful leadership experience in creating and delivering online products and services. Formerly, Mr. Razavi was held CTO and VP of engineering positions at Onestop and Traffic Marketplace. At LowerMyBills, he was the CTO and VP of Engineering where he led all aspects of product management, product development and online operations. He continued as VP of Engineering after Experian acquired the company. Earlier management and technical roles included IAC/InterActive Corp, Veritas, and Bay Networks. Mr. Razavi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics degrees from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA degree from Duke University.

David Batista

President and COO

Mr. Batista brings over 25 years of leadership in, Sales, Marketing, and General Management in the high technology industry to eCounterfeit Alliance. He is a visionary executive who built skilled teams and implemented winning strategies resulting in dramatic revenue and profit growth. Most recently, Mr. Batista was Senior Vice President of Sales and Services at MarkMonitor, Inc. which was acquired by Thomson Reuters. He has held several senior executive positions at leading companies including IBM, and Lexis-Nexis. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Allan Whitescarver

Principal

Mr. Whitescarver brings 18 years of experience advising Boards of Directors, Non-U.S. Heads of State, Chief Executive Officers and Generals Counsel. His crisis counseling focused on companies entangled in high-profile and highly publicized investigations and indictments brought by the U.S. Justice Department, the SEC, the European Securities and Markets Authority, and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, among other regulators. More recently Mr. Whitescarver worked at defensive patent aggregator RPX. RPX created an innovative and unique model in which alliances of competing brands collaborated through RPX to materially reduce the frequency and severity of patent infringement litigation brought by "patent trolls".
